I find it a great pleasure to spend one’s knitting time with lovely yarns in beautiful colours, knowing that the finished garment has a great fit and will last for many years. My daughter, age 8, already has begun to dig into my cupboard occasionally – a cupboard which contains clothing that used to belong to my mother and grandmother….and my father, by the way.

The patterns are developed for a body shape with breasts, and the standard sizes are based on standard measurements for women. I provide you with the information needed, however, to modify the patterns. Many of the patterns will also be found in the categories men, children and accessories

I donate 10 % of the surplus of each pattern to projects dedicated to the fulfilment of the UN Millennium Development Goals. I will be providing more information as I find partners to work with.
