Payments

Hands-on Knits receives payments online via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

The amount is deducted on your card as soon as the purchase is effectuated. Immediately after the payment has gone through, you receive a confirmation e-mail as well as an e-mail with the link to the download of the pdf.file(s) that you purchased. You have access to downloading each purchased file 3 times.

All amounts are with tax included.

The currency used on the home page is Danish Kroner (DKK).

Hands-on Knits uses a secure payment service, which encrypts all information. This means, that your data is safe and not accessible to third parties. The payment services are Shopify Payment and PayPal.

Right of Withdrawal

Please notice that digital content is exempted from the right of withdrawal.

Lack of Conformity

On all purchases, there is a 2 years right to make a notice of lack of conformity, in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means, that you can either require remedy of the lack of conformity; delivery of a substitute good; an appropriate reduction of the price; or declare the contract avoided unless the lack of conformity is immaterial.

This is applicable to all lack of conformity in relation to software, material and fabrication. The buyer must give Hands-on Knits notice within a reasonable time after the discovery of the lack of conformity. Any notice given within a period of two months after the buyer discovered the lack of conformity shall be a timely notice.
